You must present your driving licence before rental is effective.

• luxury models: 21
  (except PORSCHE / CLK and upper model: 25)

• Insurance
Full insurance for unlimited third party liability, passenger, fire, theft and damage to the motorcycle in excess of the deposit.
No excess waiver.
No driver personal insurance if liable for the accident.
Damages excluded from coverage: windows/tires/damage to the interior and roof/defective trailer.

• Territorial Limitations
You should not drive outside the European Community (EEC) or in Switzerland. Italy: All coverage excluded for Luxury and Convertible models.

• Deposit
By credit card authorization. It is deductible of the full insurance. No waiver can be subscribed.

• Methods of payment
Cash, checks, Visa card, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club.

• Reservation confirmation
We acknowledge your reservation form as soon as we receive it.

• Terms of cancelation
• the total amount of your reservation is not debited before the rental unless you cancel.
• more than 15 days before the departure date: the cancelation fee is 30 € for the luxury class. No cancelation fee for the standard class
• between 7 and 15 days: the cancelation fee is 50 € for the luxury class and 30 € for the standard class
• between 7 and 3 days before the departure date, the cancelation fee equals 15% of the amount (with the upline minimum).
• less than 3 days before the departure date: 30% of the amount.
• reservation not honoured: 30% with a minimum of the 24h rate.
